FORMS! This is the place to find membership and event forms To renew your chapter membership, both the “HOG Chapter Enrollment / Renewal” and the “Membership Information REQUIRED” forms are required. Dues are $20.00 per year and are due on January 1 of each year. They will be prorated for new members according to the month membership is received. Your membership won’t be processed without the two forms!

OR bring your forms to a chapter
meeting. The meetings are held on the second Saturday of each month
at 9:00 am, upstairs at D&S So you can’t make it to a meeting but come to the shop often? There is a chapter mailbox just at the foot of the stairs (below the chapter bulletin board). You can drop your forms and payment in the mailbox. Our membership officer, Sharon Selby, will get it and process it for you.
